The apartment has a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and an alcove with a 120 cm lower bed + 80 cm upper bed.
From this sauna equipped apartment, a stunning fell landscape opens onto the slopes of Ylläs fell. You can admire the scenery from the living room and bedroom windows and from your own balcony.
You can easily store skis and other equipment in a locked cage storage. You also have access to a ski maintenance room.
Parking spot equipped with an utility pole is included in the price.
The parking space can be freely chosen from the parking area behind the apartment.

The accommodation is centrally located, close to services in Ylläsjärvi village.
However, the surroundings of the cabins are peaceful, the nearest neighboring cabins belong to the same company.
A lighted cross-country ski track starts from the yard, from which you can enjoy the entire 330 km network of tracks in Ylläs.
However, it is good to lubricate your skis before the ski trip. This can be done in the warm ski maintenance room in the yard, with a top vacuum cleaner and lubrication irons.
It is also easy to go to the snowmobile trails a few hundred meters directly to the store yard, where you can also fill up your snowmobile.
After skiing or snowmobiling, you can warm up in your own sauna, which offers gentle baths and good opportunities for relaxation.
There is a wood-burning stove in Kuusipirti's sauna, Ylläs-Topi Lomamaja No. 3 has a ready-to-use stove.
Included in the cabin rent firewood, electricity, water, waste management and final cleaning.
Linens can be rented for €15 per person (including a bed sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, face and bath towel).
The right to use the charging station for hybrid and electric cars is also available for rent, price €30/week for a hybrid car, €60/week for an electric car.
