Jounin Taksi was founded in 1982 and is therefore the oldest taxi company still operating in Ylläs.
The company is run by a second-generation taxi entrepreneur, Jouni's eldest son, Jarkko Ylläsjärvi. Taxi founder Jouni Ylläsjärvi is still involved in the company's operations. Jounin Taksi's station is Ylläsjärvi village in Kolari municipality, its domain is the whole of Finland.
OUR SERVICES
Even for large groups
We operate with three Mercedes-Benz charter taxis. The capacity of the cars is 7-8 people/car.
Our cars are equipped as needed children's seats, bike rack or bike wagon. Even more bicycles can be transported with a purpose-built trailer that can also accommodate fatbikes.
The Sprinter is also equipped with disabled lift and mounts for attaching wheelchair. Snowmobiles can also be transported with Eurowagon 5500 trailers.
You can also rent a trailer for €150/day.
Transports of larger business groups are also possible through us.
Naturally available are both airport and train station transfers.
Car transfer service
We also provide car transfer services, e.g. Ylläs-Pallas / Pallas-Ylläs or Ylläs-Hetta / Hetta – Ylläs. Your car will be waiting for you at your destination when you arrive from your hike, easy and convenient!

No worries, we also have the necessary equipment to wake up the battery. It is possible to provide auxiliary power even in the middle of the night, feel free to call!
